This recording is a continuation of a formal interview with Moyshe Smelanskii. (Part 2 of 5. See MDV 490, MDV 492, MDV 493, and MDV 494) He reads Hebrew prayers and discusses holidays. The team then asks a number of dialectological questions from the Yiddish questionnaire. The interview concludes with a discussion of several family members and Yiddish terminology.
